CRA Examination Schedule for the Second Quarter 2013
Below is a list of state-chartered banks that are scheduled for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) examinations by the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) during the Second Quarter of 2013.1 Please note that dates are subject to change.

DFS publishes its CRA examination schedule in an effort to encourage public comment on the performance of banks scheduled for review. Written, signed comments on local credit needs and/or the performance of specific banks may be submitted prior to or during the examination. It is recommended that comments be submitted early in order to ensure a thorough review.
All notices of upcoming CRA exams are available on our website and are updated on a quarterly basis.
