Broker Commissions

All HMOs licensed to do business in New York State must offer Healthy NY.  If an insurance company pays commissions for its small group products, then it must also pay commissions for Healthy NY products sold to sole proprietors and small businesses.  Insurance companies may offer commissions on individual products but are not required to do so.    

Please direct specific inquiries relating to commissions to the appropriate insurance company.
