Each insurance company offering Healthy NY uses its own network of physicians, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies and other providers. With the exception of emergency services, you must access all services within your insurance company’s provider network.

This section provides a list of insurance companies that offer Healthy NY and links to their Healthy NY provider directories.
