Brooklyn Healthworks

The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce offers Brooklyn HealthWorks in partnership with Group Health Incorporated (GHI).

• Brooklyn HealthWorks is available to eligible small businesses in the borough of Brooklyn.
• Brooklyn HealthWorks has two benefit options – Brooklyn HealthWorks Total and Brooklyn HealthWorks Max.
• Enrollees receive a 19% premium discount.
• Coverage is through GHI. Brooklyn HealthWorks does not require enrollees to obtain a referral when they need to see aspecialist within GHI’s extensive tri-state provider network. The network exceeds 91,000 providers at more than 142,000 locations, including virtually all acute care hospitals in New York.
• Brooklyn HealthWorks provides enrollment support as well as ongoing customer support to enrollees.

Please note that due to the popularity of Brooklyn HealthWorks, the 19% premium discount for new businesses is currently not available. New businesses may enroll in Brooklyn HealthWorks without the premium discount and will receive the discount as soon as it becomes available again. Businesses that currently receive the premium discount will continue to do so.
