Healthcore – A Healthy NY Initiative

Benefit Specialists of NY, a subsidiary of the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, offers Healthcore to residents of Central New York in partnership with United Healthcare.

• Healthcore is available to eligible individuals, sole proprietors and small employers in Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Onondaga, Oneida and Oswego counties, located in Central New York.
• Healthcore offers five benefit options – Healthcore Access, Healthcore Advantage, Healthcore Essential, Healthcore Enhanced and Healthcore Encompass.
• Enrollees receive a 15% premium discount, with an additional 5% discount for completing a confidential health risk assessment.
• Enrollees have access to United Healthcare’s network of over 655,000 physician locations and 4,900 hospitals.
• Benefit Specialists provides enrollment support as well as ongoing customer support to enrollees.
