Excess Lines: Premium Tax Statement Electronic Program for on-line filing
What is a Site ID?
Each excess line licensee is assigned a unique site id (8 capitalized letters followed by the license number) by the Department. If you do not have one, you can request the site id by contacting any of the following persons:
