The New York State Department of Financial Services has entered into an agreement with PSI Services, LLC, to provide licensing examination services to candidates desiring an insurance license in New York.  Effective Monday, November 19, 2007, licensing exams will be given at PSI's testing centers located in various cities across New York State.  All exams are given electronically, with paper and pencil exams given on a reserved basis only to accommodate special needs.
