The Electronic Reporting System is designed for all approved DFS Continuing Education providers to submit course schedules and attendance rosters.

This application has recently been updated.  The following changes were incorporated for more efficient reporting:

1. Provider Registration

Department personnel will no longer establish the login user ID.  Each provider representative must register to create his/her own user ID and password.  Please note: Third Party Administrators must create a unique user ID for each provider with whom you work.
Go to the Log In page and Sign Up to register your user name and password.

2. Licensee Information

The licensees’ SSN information is no longer needed to submit an attendance roster.  You will need the license number and the correct spelling of the first and last name.

You can use the Producer/Licensee Search to verify license numbers and names.

3. Batch Roster

Batch files can now be uploaded directly to the application; you will no longer need to cut and paste your files.  The formatting for batch files has changed. For a Sample File in Microsoft Word format, select this link.  There is no  limit to the number of lines of data that may be uploaded.

4. Real Time Application

There will no longer be a 24-hour delay from the time that data is submitted to the time the data appears in our licensing database.  Schedules and course attendance will be available for viewing immediately upon successful submission.

Help is available at each step of the reporting process.  If you are experiencing technical problems using this application or need additional assistance, please email the Licensing Bureau’s Education Unit.
