SERFF Instructions
The Life Bureau has updated the General Instructions for filings made through SERFF. These instructions reflect the implementation of a number of SERFF’s “best practices”. Most notably are the adoption of the Uniform Product Coding Matrix (UPC) and the removal of a requirement for a cover letter. There are also detailed requirements for completing the Form Schedule.
