INSURANCE DEPT. RESPONDS TO ALL INSURANCE CLAIM QUESTIONS AND
COMPLAINTS IN THE WAKE OF THE TIMES SQUARE ACCIDENT
Businesses and Individuals Can Call the Departments Emergency Toll-Free Hotline
Superintendent of Insurance Neil D. Levin today announced that help is still available to companies and individuals who have insurance-related questions or complaints regarding the recent scaffolding collapse in Times Square.
To help consumers with their immediate insurance questions after the accident, the Department sent a representative to the citys temporary Business Services emergency on-site office in Times Square on Monday. With the temporary office closing today, the Department has representatives on hand to answer questions and help consumers deal with any problems.
