Comptroller’s Office Withdraws Subpoenas Issued to the New York State Liquidation Bureau The New York State Comptroller's Office has withdrawn the subpoenas issued on March 23 to the New York State Liquidation Bureau. The Comptroller's Office and the State Insurance Department have agreed to reschedule an entrance conference, which is the first step in beginning an audit.
