LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR AND SUPERINTENDENT OF INSURANCE VISIT CORNING ON
APRIL 8TH TO HIGHLIGHT HEALTHY NY
Statewide Tour to Promote New Healthy NY - Next Stop Corning
Lieutenant Governor Mary O. Donohue and Superintendent Gregory V. Serio will be in Corning on Thursday, April 8, 2004 as part of a statewide tour to announce changes to Healthy NY an important health insurance option for area businesses and working individuals.
The press conference will take place at Baron-Steuben Building, located at 1 W. Market St., Corning NY, at 11:00 am on April 8th.
The Lieutenant Governor and Superintendent of Insurance will be joined by Assemblyman James Bacalles, Mayor Alan D. Lewis, Marty Muggleton, President of the Corning Chamber of Commerce, other community leaders and area business owners to discuss important changes to Healthy NY - an important, high-quality health insurance option for individuals in Oneida and its surrounding counties. The Superintendent of Insurance will be available after the press conference to answer questions.
The visit to Corning follows stops in Albany, Poughkeepsie, Utica and Plattsburgh as part of the Lieutenant Governor and Superintendent of Insurances tour of New York State to promote this important health insurance product.
