Summary of Rule:
The purpose of the proposed rule is to technically amend, by removing references to laws which had been repealed or recodified, correct typos, and provide for the elimination of regulatory provisions which had expired, the following: (a) General Regulations of the Banking Board Parts 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 24, 26, 28, 33, 50, 68, 79, and 86; and (b) Special Regulations of the Banking Board Chapter II Index. Accordingly, no person is likely to object to the rule as written.
