Re: Adoption of amendments to Supervisory Policy G 1 and conforming amendments to other sections of Title 3, New York Code of Rules and Regulations

On March 6, 2008 the Superintendent adopted the attached amendments to Supervisory Policy G 1 and the Banking Board and the Superintendent adopted the attached conforming amendments to various of their respective regulations, policies and procedures.  The amendments will become effective upon publication in the State Register, which is expected to occur on March 26, 2008.

These amendments carry out a comprehensive revision of the Department’s regulations to update and centralize references to fee amounts, contact information for the Department and public access information for federal statutory and regulatory materials cited in Department regulations.
