Satellite Office Changes
Satellite Office updates can be made in NY LINX.
DFS ID and NY LINX
Those conducting business on behalf of a regulated entity must use DFS ID to access the DFS Portal.
- New Producers: You should have received an invitation with a registration link for DFS ID at the email address you provided in the application process. Use the primary email address you provided and the password you created to sign in.
- Returning Producers: You should have received an invitation at your primary licensing email address with a registration link for DFS ID in February 2026. Use the primary email address you provided and the password you created to sign in.
You will use DFS ID credentials and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log in, so be sure to have or download an authenticator app (e.g., Google or Microsoft Authenticator) to an available mobile device before getting started.
To get started, use the NY LINX button below and sign in using your DFS ID credentials, then select Satellite Office in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Browsers and Blockers
- Use a supported browser: The latest version plus one previous of Edge, FF, Chrome and Safari, are supported.
- Disable “Pop-up Blockers” in your browser before using portal applications.
- Application may be unavailable from 7:30am to 7:45am daily for scheduled maintenance.
- Applications may not be compatible with cell phones, tablets or other mobile devices.
