Agents and Brokers Address Change Request
An Address Change Request allows a licensee to securely log in and contact information including email address. Updates made will immediately be reflected on the licensing record.
- Individuals/TBAs - Residence address needs only to be updated once. Business and mailing address will need to be changed on each current class of license held.
- Non-residents (licensees whose home state is not New York) will be required to certify that they are currently licensed and in good standing in their home state.
Read instructions carefully as changes become an official part of the licensee’s record. Additional instructions are available by clicking on HELP which appears on each page of the Address Change application.
Address Change Request is not currently available to Service Contract Registrants, Life Settlement Providers, or Life Settlement Intermediaries.
