Health Insurance Data Exhibit (HIDE) Submissions
For New York State Individual, Small Group, and Large Group Health Insurance Business
The HIDE report should be submitted as two Excel files (one file for enrollment data and one file for premium data) emailed to the Department on the same semi-annual basis.
