Student Health Plans Filings

Section 1124 Student Health Plans (SHPs) are required to submit their Annual Financial Statements electronically on the DFS Portal. Form and Rate Filings should continue to be submitted via SERFF.

DFS Portal

To access the DFS Portal you will need a Portal account.

Once your portal account has been created, you will receive an email with a temporary password to log in. If you don’t see MuniSHP in My Apps, then click on Ask for Apps to request access to the MuniSHP application, for the company(ies) you will be filing for. When this is approved, you will be able to access the MuniSHP application in the My Apps menu.
