Else Pollak

Else Gundelfinger Pollak née Oettinger was born in Germany on October 1, 1882 and moved from Munich to Vienna in the early 1930s.  She resided at Gumpendorfer Strasse 134 in Vienna with her second husband Alfred Pollak (b. June 5, 1873), owner of the business “Alfred Pollak’s Nachfolger”.  She was deported to Theresienstadt on September 11, 1942 and then to Auschwitz in May 1944, where she perished.
