Abraham Verdoner and Benjamin Stibbe

Abraham Verdoner (b. January 9, 1870) resided with his wife Henriette Verdoner-de Jong (b. March 7, 1870) at Breughelstraat 4, Amsterdam.  The couple was deported to Auschwitz, where they perished on February 11, 1944.  Their daughter Caroline Stibbe née Verdoner (b. February 10, 1896) was married to Benjamin Stibbe (b. March 26, 1889), who co-owned the family import business “D. Stibbe” which was established in 1923.  The Stibbes left Holland in late 1939.
