Subject: Actuarial Information on Employee Pension Benefits for Insurer's Own Employees and Agents
A question has been raised by some insurance companies regarding the applicability of Circular Letter No. 16, dated May 24, 1982, to the filing year 1983. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the questionnaire mentioned therein is also to be furnished for the filing year 1983 and for subsequent years.
The questionnaire when completed, together with a copy of your Schedule B of form 5500 filing, should be sent to Mr. Robert A. Lomicky, Assistant Chief Life Actuary, at the above address.
