Notice of Voluntary Surrender and Name Change – Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC and Bakkt Marketplace, LLC
On April 10, 2025, the Department accepted from Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC (formerly known as Apex Crypto LLC) the voluntary surrender of its license to engage in virtual currency business activity in New York.
The BitLicensee Bakkt Marketplace, LLC has been legally renamed to Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC, and its BitLicense has been reissued in the name of Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC.
